Revealed via individual character posters on their Twitter, are the principal characters for the upcoming GHOST IN THE SHELL feature film, starting with Scarlett Johansson as “Major” (seen above), and followed by Pilou Asbaek as “Batou”, and Takeshi Kitano as “Aramaki”, and the team members of “Section 9”!

We’ve previously seen “leaked” images of the Section 9 team.
The character “Ladriya” seems to be a new character introduced to this celluloid incarnation, as the anime version of Section 9 featured an all-male members, operating under the sole female “Major Motoko Kusanagi” … but then again, this isn’t a direct adaptation of the anime, is it? LOL
